Oh man, I can’t even imagine. I hope things start settling down now with your life. A move and a new job all at once is huge…especially on top of your recovery. Good luck at the doc!

Stress can be a huge drainer of energy. For me personally, I have to make sure I’m absolutely compliant with my vitamins and minimum protein to have even remotely enough energy to feel “normal”. My 3 month labs came back with a Vitamin D deficiency which also contributed, so I was on massive doses for 2 months, then I take a more standard dose as a new daily supplement.

That is a lot of changes happening in your life. We recently moved too and it has seriously put a damper on my great habits and routines I had in place. It’s tough trying to figure it all out again.
Add onto that you started a new job. Wow. You are amazing! You are doing so well with all of this. Good luck to the both of us as we settle in!
